The advantage of camping, with children, is that the children always have someone to play with. There are always other children at the playground or at the swimming pool. Then just enjoy the children’s play while relaxing in good company with the other parents and campers.
Our large playground has 2 bouncy pads, playhouse, rocker, children’s swings, rides and 2 large play stands one for the smallest and one for the slightly larger smallest children.
There is plenty of sandpit and the playground has child-friendly tables and benches for children and adults.
The playground is centrally located on the campsite.
Our indoor swimming pool is heated to between 24 – 28 gr. Here is a children’s pool for the little ones and a hot tub for the larger ones. There is access for children only if there is an adult with. This is for the safety of the children.
Free for those staying at the campsite. But when the outdoor pool opens it costs indoors 15.- dkr
Entre 50, – if you have guests who not live at the campsite. There is no acces if you not live on the campside.
Lovely outdoor swimming pool which is heated with solar heating panels. There are sections for the little ones with water depth 0-50 cm. There is a slide and plenty of sunbeds. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-August depending on the weather.
It is not allowed to use the pool without an adult.
Entre: Free if you live in the campsite and 50,- if you have guest not are registreted on the campsite.
Pool is only for you who live on campsite
At the driveway to the campsite is our mini golf. You are welcome to use the course even if you do not live at the campsite. The minigolf cours is renovated in spring 2020, and there is now 18 lanes.
Clubs and balls can be rented in the shop or the information.
We have plenty of space inside the campsite. There are ball courts, beach volleyball net and badminton net.
On the court there are benches to relax on. Football match every night for many days in high season.
In the shop you can buy sweets, ice cream, soda, slush ice, chips, bread and other good things for children and adults.

Tornby Klitplantage is located right next to the campsite. Here you can experience the beautiful nature, streams and possibly see some of the wildlife and life in the forest. Bring mom and dad and you can collect bullets and other items from the forest. Bicycle routes and hiking trails are marked.
Tornby Beach is among the best of the West Coast’s beaches. Summer or other times of the year it’s always great to go to the beach. There is a blue swimming flag and in the summer months there are lifeguards on the beach. There is a child-friendly area that is car-free.
Table tennis outside in the square in front of the large service building. If you do not have bat and balls, you can borrow bat and balls in the information.
Our playroom is in the cave of Trampe. (the old fireplace room) There is “play castle” with small slide, air hockey, paint / draw corner. Our activities with the children also take place in Trampes Cave.
If you want to celebrate a birthday or eat more together you may also want to use Trampes Cave.
Can you animals…. then a visit to the Fun Park is a hit. The park is 1.5 km from the campsite and there are plenty of kid-friendly activities and animals.
Only 6 km from the campsite is the North Sea Oceanarium. Here you can experience the fish from the sea around Hirtshals and the moonfish in Northern Europe’s largest aquarium. It is always worth an impressive and educational visit, for children and adults. Discounted tickets and expedition passes can be purchased at the campsite’s reception. www.nordsoenoceanarium.dk

You can borrow cones and cube for free in the information, for our giant ludo. Nice kid friendly game for the whole family. Little bit bigger than at home !
We have all been on camping holidays where there are lots of children. That’s because it’s great to be a parent and child in a campground. The kids can play outside and get plenty of fresh air and friends. It is safe and secure at the campsites in Denmark. The children learn to socialize with other children from many different countries and places in Denmark. There is plenty of opportunity for exercise and long walks with mom and dad or grandparents.
When you stay at a campsite, you and your children or grandchildren have great opportunities to make many good friends. There is a good relationship between the children and age does not matter. In a campsite, the children learn to play with the other children.
On holiday in Northern Denmark with children, you have every chance of a good holiday. There are many wonderful experiences right outside the caravan or just outside the campsite, in the neighborhood, or in the summer country near the campsite. At our place there is, for example, the North Sea oceanarium where children and yourself can learn a lot about the nature and life in the sea. Fårus summerland, fun park. There are free experiences on the beach in the woods by Hirtshals lighthouse or Rubjerg knude lighthouse.
