PERMANENT / SEASONAL PLACES

Users of the seasonal site
The tenant, their spouse or cohabitant, children and grandchildren can be registered as users of the cart. Overnight guests must pay an overnight fee. As permanent guests, your guests get a 20% discount on the accommodation fee when they spend the night in your carriage. If you rent out the caravan, this must be notified to the campsite and a person's accommodation fee must be paid to the campsite.
The space and paid rent cannot be transferred to others if it is not used or if the vehicle changes owner. If the caravan is sold and the caravan is to remain on the same unit site, the campsite must be informed before the sale and approve the new owners and the future location of the caravan. There will be payment for the new people if the place is transferred to others.

Terms of payment:
In order for your booking of a seasonal space to be binding, a reservation fee must be paid when booking the space. If you have a place and want the same place the following season, a reservation fee must be paid at the latest on departure or at the end of the season. Reservation fee is DKK 1.000,00., the amount is deducted at the start of the season. A minimum of half of the full amount must be paid by 1 March at the latest and the rest of the amount must be paid by 1 June at the latest. Spring / autumn / winter season places must be paid in full at the start of the season at the latest. A late payment fee will be charged. In the event of non-payment or late payment, we reserve the right to rent the space to another party.

Cancellation:
Reservation fee is not refundable if the space is cancelled or if the caravan is sold to another party. The paid rent is not refundable if the space is vacated before the end of the season. Prepaid rent cannot be transferred to other users if the caravan is sold.

Registration of caravans:
According to the camping regulations, all caravans parked on the campsites must be identifiable. The caravans must be registered in accordance with Danish or foreign traffic laws (i.e. that a caravan must be legally able to be coupled to a vehicle and legally able to be driven from one campsite to another campsite in the home country), and they must be registered with a number plate or ID number . (the green plate). The ID plate with a valid year mark must either be placed at the back of the caravan, where the number plate is normally placed, or in the window facing the road. The ID plates and year mark can be bought in the information.

Layout of the pitches and distance rules:

According to the fire bylaws' 3-metre rule, caravan tents, also storage tents, etc. installed so that it does not impair the neighbour's installation options. A distance of 1,5 meters must therefore always be observed for all dividing lines. If a trailer, tent or something else is placed closer than 1,5 m to the boundary, it must be moved. If something is too close to the boundary, or we are asked by the authority to correct the fire distance, the tent, wagon etc. will be moved even without you being informed.

It is permitted to set up one caravan, one awning and possibly one tool tent per space. Everything that is not placed within the above fire distance, supports removed each time the site is vacated. Flagpoles, antennas and the like are not permitted anywhere other than permanently mounted on the caravan.

If reading rails are used permanently, distance requirements must also be met. Remember the distance also applies to storage tents. Solid floors must be covered by the tent. Terraces, fences or the like must not be built. The camper must always comply with the rules of the Camping Regulations. Cleaning up/looking after the area around your car is the responsibility of the tenant. Keep the space neat and tidy. If the space under the cart is used for storage, skirts must be installed, as it is not visible under the cart. Mow grass and edges at reasonable intervals approx. every 2 weeks. (lawn mowers are at the waste sites together with trailers for grass) In the event of non-compliance with this point, the campsite will undertake the task itself and charge a fee of DKK 75. per walk.

It is not permitted to use roundup or any other form of herbicide. Grass waste must be thrown into a trailer at the waste sites, which are marked grass and branches. All pruning, cutting and digging on the campsite may only take place by agreement with the camp manager. A fee of minimum DKK is charged. 1.000.- for re-establishment, if digging is done on the unit, or pruning is done without the camp manager having given his consent.

Waste water must be collected in a suitable collection tank. Waste water and the toilet tank must be emptied into a chemical toilet drain.

The caravan and awning must be kept neat, clean and free of algae. The area around the cart must also be kept neat and tidy.

Parking cars and driving on the site:
Only one car per unit. If there is no space for the car in the unit lot, parking must be done in the guest parking lot at the entrance.
It is not allowed to park the car in an unused space unit, as it is a great inconvenience to the tourists we send to what we think is a free space. REMEMBER: exercise is healthy. Save driving to the toilet buildings and the shop (it's good for the environment) take the bike instead or use your legs (it's good for your health) Therefore, driving on the square must be limited to the most necessary and always take place at a walking pace. MAX 10 KM/H.
Driving may only take place between 6.30-23.00. The boom is locked between 23.00 and 6.30 In case of serious acute illness or if an ambulance is needed on the site, contact us on phone +45 98 977 877.
If we are contacted to open the barrier between 23.00pm and 6,30am just because you forgot to move the car or something else. It costs DKK 300. However, not in the event of an alarm.

Residence:
The pitch is welcome to be used on weekdays, weekends as well as holidays and public holidays, however you must not have a permanent residence on the campsite, you must have another registered residence (registered address) There are special rules for using the caravan for winter camping, these can be read on the website .

Guests:
It is free to receive up to 5 day guests per day at the campsite, which is fixed. (If there are more than 5 guests per day, DKK 15 is paid per guest). As a guest, you have access to the entire site, but not the shower and the areas by the two swimming pools. Access to the pool can be purchased for a fee. DKK 35 per guest.

Guest cars are parked in the car park just before the barrier. If the guest must, for one reason or another, come down to the site by car, the resident's car will be driven out instead. Since there may only be one car at a time on each unit (also in the off-peak periods)
Guests must leave the site no later than After 22.30, the guest will be considered a camper, and you must pay for the guest's regular accommodation fee. It is the tenant's responsibility that their guests comply with the campsite's rules. If you have overnight guests, or rented out the carriage to persons who are not registered or paid for, this will be considered theft, as well as breach of contract and thus expulsion of the entire unit from the site.

Pets:
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a short leash. "If the accident happens", the dog's remains must be removed immediately, also in the dog forest. For the same reason, we recommend that dogs are ventilated by adults and not by small children. Do not leave your dog alone in the awning / caravan / dog park - and remember that a barking and/or loose dog is a big nuisance for the surrounding guests.
If a dog fence is set up, this must be covered with fencing. Posts, poles and similar must not go deeper than 20 cm in the ground.

Remember that it is your duty to pick up after your dog.

Electricity meter/power consumption:
It is the tenant's responsibility to check the meter regularly. In the event of a fault on the meter, the campsite will estimate a consumption. In the event of an error, contact the tenant manager immediately so that we can correct the error. We recommend that the power cable be disconnected at the cart every time you leave the site for more than 24 hours, due to the risk of fire and/or short circuit. It is the tenant's responsibility to check whether there is electricity. The campsite cannot be held responsible for lack of electricity.

Low seasons:
In the low seasons, there may be limited opening hours in the information, so please respect this and adapt your errands to the opening hours. In case of urgent need, we are of course always available and helpful, call our main phone +45 98 977 877. The grocery store and swimming pool will also have limited opening hours. The opening times can be seen on the doors or ask in the information. There may also be a reduction in facilities. Ex. bouncy pads may be knocked down, closure of some toilet rooms, etc.

Cleaning:
If building is cleaning in buildings, respect the staff and use the next building.

The campsite's availability of pitches:
In the case of felling trees, improving the pitch, establishing a new one or something else, the campsite has the right to make changes to the individual's pitch, however inquiries are always made first, so that you have the possibility of any to find another place.

Waste containers 
The placed containers may ONLY be used for general household waste. Waste must be sorted into the various containers and must be handed in in closed bags. See the different types of waste at the waste sites.

OTHER WASTE AND LARGE GARBAGE (barbecue, chairs, carpets, floors, etc.) must be removed by your own means.

The waste sites are video monitored.

Rules in swimming pools / playrooms:
All stays in these areas are at your own risk. If rules are not observed, you will be expelled from the areas. There is video surveillance in the areas. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by adults (persons over the age of 16) in the pool area.

Opening times for the outdoor/indoor pool can be seen on the door or ask in the information. All registered campers have free access to the outdoor pool. All guests who do not live on the site must pay DKK 35 (2024) per time (max 2 hours). Registered campers have free access to the indoor pool when the outdoor pool is closed. When opening an outdoor pool, a token costs DKK 15 (2024). Residents may not give free or DKK 15 (2024) tokens to their guests. Tokens are purchased in the information.

Outdoor pool:
Everyone must shower before using the pool. Food, drink and pets may not be brought into the pool area.
The pool area is a non-smoking area, see signage for where smoking is allowed. Dogs are not allowed. Always take balls and swimming toys into account. Water balloons must not be used in the pool area, as they destroy the treatment plant.

Indoor pool:
Entry must be through the front door and the carousel. Everyone must bathe and wash before using the pool. Food and drink may not be brought into the swimming pool. Dogs are not allowed. Only small bathing items may be brought, always consider your fellow bathers.
Remember children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over 16.

Living room:
The common living room and the playroom are for free use by registered campers and their guests.
Remember to clean up after yourself. Inform your children/grandchildren about the rules before using the pools and the playroom, so that it becomes a nice place to be for everyone.

Play and ball games:
The campsite has its own playground and ball field. Help your children / grandchildren to find the places where it is allowed to play and play ball. Ball games may not take place between tents and caravans.
The bouncy cushion must not be used in rainy weather and if it is not fully inflated.

Animals on the site:
Ponies live at the campsite. The animals must not be fed without your permission, as they can get sick and in the worst case die if they get too much feed. We make sure to feed and look after them, every day. If you discover that there is something wrong with the animals, we would like to be notified immediately. It is not permitted to enter the enclosure for the animals (without permission).

Winter storage
There is the possibility of winter storage of the caravan for a fee. Winter storage must be announced and paid for in the information before the end of the season.
When the site is vacated before winter, all loose parts must be removed. Garden furniture etc. must be assembled on the floor in front of the caravan and covered with any a tarpaulin if you don't have a storage tent. The cable is taken out of the electrical stand and the car. Wire must be removed.
If winter storage has not been ordered, the space must be cleared at the end of the tenancy. The space must appear as it did on reception, i.e. grass must be cut and everything must be removed. If there is anything on the site anyway, a winter storage fee will be charged. The lessor is not liable for any left behind - not even caravans / tents. Effects left behind are removed at the tenant's expense.

You are always welcome to come to the site during the winter months (1.10-31.3) to look after the cart, (carriage or tent may not be used during the winter period, only to be looked after) You must park outside the barrier even if the barrier is open. Always pay attention when we are working on the site.
Winter storage takes place from the start of the winter season until the end of the winter season. The caravan can usually be parked in the same place that you ordered, but there are certain areas of the site that are approved for winter storage. We will contact you with a view to moving the cart to a storage area if this is requested.

Winter season
Winter season 1.10 – 1.4: The carriage can be used on weekends (Friday-Sunday) + public holidays (Christmas and New Year and the days in between) + 14 days holiday.
If there is a tent on the trailer, it must be suitable for winter use. Reading curtains may only be set up when you are in the carriage.

Remember that all buildings on the campsite are non-smoking.

Disagreements with the camp manager or violation of one or more rules will be considered a breach of the contract, and the tenant will then be immediately expelled from the site. None of the rent will be refunded if the contract is breached. There may be a fee for re-establishing space etc. in case of breach of contract.
