Payment:
When booking, half of the price of the stay is paid. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. (When booking only one day, the full amount is paid.) When arriving without having booked in advance, payment is made upon arrival.

Right of withdrawal and refund:
You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

Cabins, rooms and rental tents: 
If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be refunded, however, a cancellation fee of DKK 700,00 will be deducted per unit ordered.
If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded, excluding the cancellation fee, per unit of DKK 700.00.
If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made.

Pitch/camping: 
If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, the entire package price will be refunded, however, a cancellation fee of DKK 300,00 will be deducted, per unit.
If cancelled later than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded, excluding the cancellation fee, per unit of DKK 300.00.
