Going camping without a tent …. yes it is possible to go on a nice camping holiday without a tent. In our small corner of Denmark you can rent a ready-made safari tent, family tent or a small 2-person pointed tent. When you rent a tent you can use the campsite’s facilities, and everyone takes advantage of being at a campsite. There are lovely conditions for both children and adults. Our indoor swimming pool (1.4-1.10) is also for all our guests. There is an outdoor pool which is open during the summer months.
The tents are only rented during the summer period and can be rented for one or more days. If you are going by ferry from Hirtshals to Norway, the Faroe Islands or Iceland, the campsite is only approx. 5 minutes drive from the ferry port.
Glamping is composed of camping and glauour = glamping. Then you can go camping without equipment.
Our “glamp tent” are safari look tents that are ready for occupancy. Here is a double bed and bunk bed, as well as a small kitchenette with refrigerator, hob, kitchen utensils and dining table. Solid floor and terrace. Toilet and shower can be used freely in our common buildings.
We also have our family tents (it might also be glamping) which are fully equipped with box spring mattresses for 4 people. The tents are powerful villa tents, with plenty of space. There is a hob, fridge etc. as in the safari tent.
We have a few caravans that are rented out through our regulars. When you rent a fixed caravan, you pay an amount for renting the caravan and an amount per person for the stay. The entire amount is paid to the campsite. We provide the price for renting the caravan to the owner of the caravan.
