Camping prices – Caravan – tent – ​​motorhome

Offers and price examples include accommodation, free shower, Wi-Fi and pitch, but exclude electricity. The offers apply to accommodation in your own caravan / tent / camper and cannot be combined with other offers and discounts.

When booking camping, half of the rent is paid and the rest of the amount is paid upon arrival.

Age limit:
There must be at least 1 person over the age of 18 in each unit. Groups (+3 people) of young people under the age of 21 must contact and obtain approval from the campsite before booking.

Empty caravan valid for a maximum of 3 weeks (4 weekends) not possible in 1.7-15.8.

Arrival time from 14.00 p.m
Departure time before 12.00
(Winter: by appointment, as the reception is not open every day during the winter period)

EXTRA STAY We can offer to extend your stay with later departure or earlier arrival. If possible (the place is not occupied) you can arrive before 14:00 and stay after 12:00 It only costs DKK 15. per started hour.

Cancellation - cancellation - change of booking

Cancellation of camping units - When canceling please notify this in writing by e-mail - If you wish to cancel, please do so as soon as possible.

If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire price of the stay will be refunded, however, a cancellation fee of DKK 300,00 per unit will be deducted.

If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded, however the minimum cancellation fee is DKK 300.00 per unit.

In case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival, no compensation will be made. If canceled less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival, the full rent must be paid.

If the deposit is not paid in time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

In individual cases, we allow ourselves to move the ordered seat to another seat of the same type.

Driving:

max. 10 km/h on the pitch, parking must always be within the own camping unit (only one car per pitch)

Visiting guests:

(visit up to 3 hours) Guests must pay DKK 15. (visit up to 8 hours DKK 50) to visit the square and DKK 50 to use the swimming pools. Non-overnight guests must leave the site before 22,30. Overnight guests must pay the usual overnight stay fee.

Pool:

The pool is free, but when the outdoor pool is open (approx. 1.6-20.8) the indoor pool costs 15 DKK per person. If you have guests, they have to pay 50.- to use the pool.

Fire requirements:

1,5 meters to the dividing line/middle hedge, so that there is always at least 3 meters to the next caravan/tent.

Arrival:

You must present valid identification upon arrival, health insurance card, passport, driver's license, or other identification. Camping passes are not mandatory at our campsite, but you must have valid identification with you.

Wi-Fi:

At Tornby Strand Camping you have free Wi-Fi. However, as a guest you should expect that the wireless network does not always work 100% optimally. There are many things that affect the quality.

At a campsite, Wi-Fi is not like at home. The signal is sent out to many devices at the same time and over a large area. When the wireless signal has to pass through caravans, buildings, bushes and trees, etc., the connection is weakened. When it is raining, foggy, the signal has to pass through water and this also makes the signal worse.

As a guest, you will often find that the signal works outside the caravan but not inside. This is connected to the fact that the signals are weakened considerably when it has to pass through the caravan - the same applies to cars, which also "shadow" the signal. As a rule, there is a much better signal outside the caravan.

If your phone and computer are not always fully updated, this can cause problems with receiving the Wi-Fi signal. In addition, there is a difference from device to device. Some computers have firewalls that go in and block a public Wi-Fi signal.

There are rules for how strong a signal we may emit. We cannot simply turn up the strength of our Wi-fi, as you as a company are not allowed to send a signal beyond your own land register.

Since there are many conditions that come into play, you will experience that the signal will vary throughout the day
