Meetings – meet – groups

We have plenty of room for rallies and get-togethers. Our space can offer a large area with the opportunity for exhibitions, get-togethers, clubs, circus, concerts, groups, friends and associations.

Small and large groups we help you with everything.

Camping Groups:

If you come in with a group that is on the way to or from the ferries to Norway, the Faroe Islands or Iceland, then contact us before coming and we will find an area where you can be together. You can borrow rooms for communal dining. Contact us for group discounts and suggestions for what to experience while you are here.

We adapt to your wishes. We have 18 cabins (most with private toilet), 4 villas and 7 rooms if all have no caravan or tent.

If you are in time we reserve the area for you and your group. We can accommodate approx. 100 wagons in a total area.

At the campsite

we can offer indoor room / cafe with seating for 70 people. Indoor room with room for communal dining / meetings. For the very large groups, we work with local tent landlords, waitresses and players in the local area. We have several outdoor exhibition / meeting areas of up to 15,000 m2.

We cooperate with Hotel Strandlyst which is just opposite the campsite. Then you have a big event, tired, exhibition then there is the opportunity to use the campsite’s areas and stay at either camping, hotel or in the campsite’s cabins. The hotel also has a restaurant and rooms with space for over 200 people.

August 2019 var der udstilling fra Dansk schnauzer og pinserklub. Dette var et klubstævne og vores egen Riesen schnauzer Sandy var meget interesseret i alle hundene

20 campingvogne og autocampere, fra den Hollandske gruppe SKC senioren campeers club, som var på deres vej til og fra Norge.

Islænder tur langs Vestkysten.

Sommeren 2014 var vi beriget med at have besøg af Islænderklubben Toppur i 2 dage. Det var 2 dejlige dage med masser af heste. Der var lavet folde til hestene i et samlet område. Fællesspisning i vores selskabslokaler og en velfortjent hviledag for Islændere og ryttere.

Campingkaravanen 2013

Mandag i uge 30 kommer campingkaravanen fra www.campingferie.dk på besøg på Tornby Strand Camping. Karavanen starter hos os her på vores Nordjyske campingplads ved Vesterhavet. Der er udstilling og underholdning, nyheder og andre intresante oplevelser.

Historisk Opeltræf Pinsen 2012

Historisk Opeltræf i Pinsen 2012 var en succes. Historisk Opelklub havde 74 biler udstillet og søndag var der åbent for gæster og udstilling af andre “gamle” biler. Vi havdre omkring 1000 besøgende til udstillingen. Opelklubben var særdeles tilfreds med det store område, de havde til rådighed samt servicen og faciliteterne på pladsen.

Vi kan altid finde et samlet område hvor du kan samles med din familie og venner.

Overnight on the way to Norway / Iceland / Faroe Islands

We have many clubs, groups and other large congregations staying overnight on their way to and from the ferries in Hirtshals. We are always fresh with a good deal if you are many. If you want food or common rooms to gather in, we can help with that too.

Larger exhibitions and meet

If you want to hold a larger event in North Jutland, we have the framework and space for it. It can be family parties, scout trips, bike clubs, fishing friends, exhibitions, get-togethers, circus, motorcycle, car show or much else. Nothing is too small, but something can be too big.

Camping clubs / associations

If your club lacks a place to meet, please contact us for more information. We have plenty of space and can find indoor spaces where you can hold a general meeting or other, also during the winter period. We partner with restaurants and other eateries in the area so we can help with dining for larger groups.
